Vendor Policy – AGROHUB SUPPLIES

Welcome to AGROHUB SUPPLIES. Our Vendor Policy ensures a safe, reliable, and fair marketplace for all sellers and buyers. By registering as a vendor on our platform, you agree to follow these guidelines.

1. Vendor Registration Requirements

  • Vendors must provide valid personal/company information including:

    • Full Name or Company Name

    • Business Address

    • Government-issued ID or Tax Identification Number

    • Bank Account Details for Payments

  • Vendors must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to sell products.

  • AGROHUB SUPPLIES reserves the right to verify information and approve or reject any application.

2. Product Listing Guidelines

  • Vendors must list accurate product descriptions, images, and prices.

  • Prohibited items include:

    • Counterfeit goods

    • Illegal substances

    • Restricted or unsafe products

  • Vendors must maintain stock availability and promptly update inventory if items sell out.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices must be clear, accurate, and inclusive of applicable fees.

  • AGROHUB SUPPLIES charges a commission per sale 10% commission.

  • Payments to vendors will be processed immediately after order comfirmation via the provided bank account, after deducting any applicable fees.

  • Vendors are responsible for all applicable taxes on their sales.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Vendors are responsible for packaging, labeling, and shipping products on time.

  • Shipping timelines must be accurately stated in product listings.

  • Vendors must provide tracking information for shipped orders.

  • Delays or delivery issues should be communicated immediately to both AGROHUB SUPPLIES and the buyer.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Vendors must honor the Refund & Return Policy of AGROHUB SUPPLIES.

  • Vendors must process returns, replacements, or refunds promptly in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Prohibited Vendor Activities

Vendors may not:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity or manipulate ratings/reviews

  • List prohibited or unsafe items

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Provide misleading or false information

7. Termination of Vendor Account

AGROHUB SUPPLIES reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts if:

  • Policy violations occur

  • Vendor engages in unethical or illegal activities

  • Repeated customer complaints are reported

Termination may result in withholding pending payments until all disputes are resolved.

8. Communication & Support

  • Vendors must provide a valid email address and phone number for communication.

  • AGROHUB SUPPLIES provides vendor support for queries related to account, payments, and product issues.

9. Policy Changes

AGROHUB SUPPLIES may update this Vendor Policy at any time.

  • Vendors will be notified of significant changes via email.

  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
